I saw this the other day and it reminded me of how I feel when I used to run!  I can't do much now due to a knee injury which is why I do other exercises instead but when I did I really felt like this!  Plod, plod, plod.....

Are you putting off doing something - exercise wise I'm talking about - because you feel that everyone will be watching you and judging you?   

Do you worry that you'll be the slowest or weakest and if you run you'll feel you're slower than a herd of turtles stampeding through peanut butter? ;-) 

Don't worry - just do something - anything, start and yes you may feel that you are stampeding through peanut better but it's better than sat on a sofa munching on a peanut butter covered deep fried turtle*  - if you start doing something no one will be watching and within a couple of weeks you'll feel as if it is just smooth not crunchy peanut butter and then a couple of weeks later no peanut butter!

Go on get out and stampede through some peanut butter this week - I dare you! 

* I don't recommend this!
