Life is manic now. You’ve loads of time saving devices and yet it feels like you are busier than ever, more stressed and have less ‘me’ time!

But, did you know that the stress hormone can actually cause you to put weight on? 

Yep, the more stressed you are the more likely you are to put on weight! 

And the more weight you put on, the more likely you are to get ill.

It’s a vicious circle – you really need to find the time to do something!  Even if you feel like you don’t have the time to do something. 

Even to walk an extra 15 minutes every day will make a huge difference!  Get up earlier, watch a bit less TV. (“But I can’t Rich I’m too tired,” you’ll whinge!!)

Of course you are, but if you don’t do ANYTHING you’ll keep heading in the same direction.  Harsh but fair – nothing is gonna change unless YOU make it.

But if you do make a change. Do a bit more physical exercise, go to bed earlier and you’ll be amazed how much better you feel.

I’m not suggesting you train to run a marathon - though, you can if you want to - but small regular steps will make a difference.

You’ll drop a few pounds (oops, showing my age there - I mean kilos, of course), the exercise helps with stress, drop a few more pounds, kilos, sleep better and what was a vicious circle become a…er…what’s the opposite to that?
