Yep as I mentioned in a recent post you really need to use it or lose it!  Missed it then you can read it here.

I was as bike fit as I ever have been less than 6 months ago and now… NOT! 

Ok, I’m not as unfit as I was 12 months ago but I used loads of excuses reasons over the last few months not to ride my bike and now I am feeling it.

Just some of the gems I’ve used as excuses include:

  • I haven’t got time
  • I’m too busy
  • It’s too cold
  • It’s too wet
  • It’s too hot
  • I’m not really fit enough
  • I’m too tired
  • I’m injured
  • I’ll start again next week, on Monday, next month….

We’ve all got loads of reasons excuses not to start something but we usually know deep down they are a load of rubbish and just an excuse!

What’s your best excuse not to start? Which one are you using today?
